Welcome to Goldie Fest USA (“Goldie Fest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets, attending Goldie Fest, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

All attendees must have a valid ticket to enter Goldie Fest.

• Each ticket is valid for one person or golden retriever unless otherwise specified.
• Tickets must be presented upon entry (digital or printed).
• Goldie Fest reserves the right to refuse entry without a valid ticket.
• Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety requirements.

2. Event Admission & Conduct

Goldie Fest is a live outdoor event involving animals, vendors, and physical activities.

By attending, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines
• Treat all dogs, guests, vendors, and staff respectfully
• Not engage in unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior

Goldie Fest reserves the right to:

• Remove any attendee without refund for unsafe or inappropriate behavior
• Refuse entry at its sole discretion to maintain safety

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Assumption of Risk

By attending Goldie Fest, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in an event involving live animals
• Interaction with animals carries inherent risks
• Outdoor events may involve uneven terrain, weather conditions, and physical activity

You assume all risks associated with attendance.

Goldie Fest USA LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents except where required by law.

4. Dog Owner Responsibilities (if applicable)

If you bring a dog to Goldie Fest:

• You are solely responsible for your dog’s behavior
• Dogs must be properly vaccinated and healthy
• Dogs must be under control at all times
• Aggressive dogs may be removed immediately

Goldie Fest reserves the right to deny entry or remove dogs for safety reasons.

5. Cancellation, Weather, & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event Goldie Fest cancels the event.

Goldie Fest is a rain-or-shine event.

In the event of:

• Severe weather
• Unsafe conditions
• Government restrictions
• Venue closure
• Or other unforeseen circumstances

Goldie Fest may:

• Delay the event
• Modify the event
• Reschedule the event
• Or cancel the event

If the event is canceled entirely, ticket holders will receive a refund or credit at Goldie Fest’s discretion.

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending Goldie Fest, you grant Goldie Fest USA LLC permission to photograph and record you.

These images and recordings may be used for:

• Marketing
• Advertising
• Social media
• Website content
• Promotional materials

You waive any right to compensation, approval, or ownership of such media.

7. Vendor, Sponsor, and Activity Disclaimer

Goldie Fest hosts independent vendors, sponsors, and activity providers.

Goldie Fest USA LLC is not responsible for:

• Vendor products
• Vendor services
• Vendor transactions
• Vendor conduct

Any transactions with vendors are solely between you and the vendor.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldie Fest USA LLC shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property loss or damage
• Theft
• Accidents
• Event interruptions

Attendance is at your own risk.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Copy or use content without permission

All website content is owned by Goldie Fest USA LLC.
